The Director of Partnerships will play a pivotal role in advancing this mission as a full-time, remote position focused on expanding and nurturing high-impact collaborations. This role requires leading the design and execution of partnership strategies, cultivating relationships with corporate, nonprofit, academic, and healthcare stakeholders across Africa and beyond, and negotiating agreements that drive mutual benefit and tangible results. Responsibilities include conducting targeted outreach, facilitating pitch meetings, coordinating joint initiatives and sponsorships, monitoring partnership performance, and producing insightful reports and presentations for internal and external audiences. The Director will work in close alignment with program, communications, and finance teams to ensure partnerships contribute meaningfully to organizational objectives and resource allocation. Ideal candidates will possess exceptional communication skills, with a proven ability to engage stakeholders, deliver compelling presentations, and navigate cross-cultural contexts. The role demands extensive experience in strategic partnerships and relationship-building within education, health, or professional development sectors. Strong account management capabilities are essential to maintain partner satisfaction and oversee diverse partnership portfolios.
