Sales Para-Veterinary Officer – IBAN Agrovet Ltd (Choma)
IBAN Agrovet Ltd is looking for a qualified and motivated Sales Para-Veterinary Officer to join the team in Choma.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver excellent customer service and professional sales support. Advise customers on animal health products and recommend suitable solutions. Maintain accurate stock records and ensure the shop remains fully stocked. Manage daily inventory, sales, purchases and expenses. Prepare daily and monthly sales reports with recommendations. Maintain high merchandising standards and ensure the store is well organised. Process point-of-sale transactions accurately. Support business growth through excellent customer relations.
Qualifications and Experience
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Animal Science or a related field. Valid Para-Veterinary Practising Licence. At least 2 years’ experience in agrovet sales or a similar environment. Strong communication, negotiation and customer service skills. Computer literate in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Self-motivated, organised and able to work with minimal supervision. Able to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. Excellent interpersonal, teamwork, communication and organisation skills with high integrity. Excellent written and oral English skills. Willingness to work long hours as required. Creative and forward-thinking.
