Le/la titulaire du poste dirigera, développera et gérera l'équipe des programmes afin d'atteindre les aspirations du plan stratégique 2026-2035 de la Kenya Society for the Blind, à travers le développement et la mise en œuvre de programmes, une coordination efficace, la consolidation, un soutien technique et des orientations, en veillant à maintenir un esprit d'équipe cohésif et une motivation à performer.
Il/elle sera responsable de la gestion efficace de la mobilisation des ressources, de leur priorisation et de leur allocation pour une mise en œuvre efficace du plan de travail, afin d'atteindre les objectifs de la Société.
Le/la candidat(e) retenu(e) sera chargé(e) de travailler avec les partenaires et les parties prenantes de KSB pour favoriser des relations à long terme et mener à bien la stratégie de KSB.
Responsabilités clés
Planification, gestion et mise en œuvre des programmes ; collecte de fonds et gestion des relations avec les donateurs ; revues de programmes, suivi, évaluation, apprentissage et rapportage ; partenariats et réseautage ; gestion financière ; gestion des ressources humaines ; gestion des politiques et conformité.

Diplôme d'une organisation réputée ; qualification post-universitaire en gestion de projet ; au moins 15 ans d'expérience pertinente dans le travail de projet, dont 5 ans au niveau de la haute direction ; connaissances et/ou expérience à jour dans les domaines prioritaires clés et en gestion de projet.
