Our client in the renewable energy field is seeking to recruit a dynamic and results-driven Sales Assistant (Tele-sales) who will be responsible for converting leads generated through social media platforms into qualified sales opportunities. The successful candidate will proactively follow up on leads, build strong customer relationships, and achieve sales targets while supporting the client's business growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
Follow up promptly on leads generated through social media campaigns and other digital platforms.
Conduct persuasive outbound calls to prospective customers, explain products and services, handle objections, and close sales.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, sales activities, and conversions using CRM systems.
Collaborate closely with the marketing team by providing feedback on lead quality and campaign performance.
Contribute ideas to improve telesales scripts, sales techniques, and overall customer engagement strategies.
Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 12 months experience in telesales, telemarketing, or inside sales. Experience handling social media-generated leads will be an added advantage.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, listening, and negotiation skills.
Confident, target-driven, resilient, and passionate about sales.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with CRM systems.
