Responsabilités
This position bridges customer requirements with production capabilities, delivering technical engineering design data to facilitate lean manufacturing for small to medium-scale projects. The role provides production departments and project teams with necessary support, ensuring alignment between design and manufacturability. Essential responsibilities include adhering to quality management system standards to drive continuous improvement, generating 2D and 3D design data for production teams, clarifying technical requests from internal and external stakeholders, and assisting production departments with industrial engineering challenges. Additionally, the role evaluates and clarifies production requests, participates in decision-making to optimize workflows, supports operational projects, and serves as a central technical resource for design and manufacturing inquiries to maintain high-quality, stable production. Other duties may be assigned as needed. Qualifications include a technical degree (or equivalent work experience), a minimum of two years of computer-aided design experience, and a strong understanding of manufacturing processes as well as engineering design tools and methodologies. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are required.
