Serves as the principal executive responsible for shaping and executing the organization’s human resources and cultural strategy, ensuring alignment with overarching business objectives. Leads the development and implementation of policies that foster employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention. Acts as a key advisor to the CEO and executive team on matters related to culture, organizational design, and workforce planning. Human Resources professionals in the Agribusiness Management sector are responsible for overseeing workforce-related functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor regulations. A background in human resources, business administration, or a related field is typically required, and experience in agriculture or agribusiness is highly advantageous. Candidates must possess at least three years of hands-on experience in farming operations, including the use of modern agricultural equipment and machinery. A strong understanding of sustainable farming practices, soil health, and crop rotation techniques is essential, alongside proficiency in pest management and irrigation systems. The role demands meticulous attention to detail, the ability to work independently or collaboratively in a team, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of animal welfare and plant health. Responsibilities include planning and executing planting schedules, monitoring crop growth, conducting regular maintenance on farming infrastructure, and overseeing livestock health and nutrition.
