Position: Sales Representative
Location: Yaoundé

JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Representative with a background in the hospitality sector to drive revenue growth through new client acquisition, relationship management, and strategic sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B and B2C sales within hotels, restaurants, or event-based businesses.
Salary: Starting from 100,000 XAF

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
• Identify and acquire new corporate clients, event planners, travel agencies, and long-stay guests.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
• Conduct sales presentations, site inspections, and contract negotiations.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and sales campaigns.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
• Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
• Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management review.

REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of proven sales experience, preferably within the hospitality, hotel, or restaurant industry.
• Must have a background in hotel management/hospitality sales.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must reside in Yaoundé or be willing to relocate.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Existing network of contacts in the hospitality or corporate travel sector.
• Experience with digital sales and social media promotion.
• Knowledge of the Yaoundé hospitality market.
