Job Description: Sales Representative (Hospitality Sector)
Position: Sales Representative Location: Yaoundé Application Deadline: 26th March 2026
JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Representative with a background in the hospitality sector to drive revenue growth through new client acquisition, relationship management, and strategic sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B and B2C sales within hotels, restaurants, or event-based businesses. Salary: Starting from 100,000 XAF
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
Identify and acquire new corporate clients, event planners, travel agencies, and long-stay guests.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
Conduct sales presentations, site inspections, and contract negotiations.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and sales campaigns.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports for management review.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
1–3 years of proven sales experience, preferably within the hospitality, hotel, or restaurant industry.
Must have a background in hotel management/hospitality sales.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must reside in Yaoundé or be willing to relocate.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
