The event will take place on 8th August, with reporting time at 8:00 AM for training and briefing, and service from 6:00 PM until late. Meals and accommodation will be provided for all roles.

Food & Beverage Supervisor (Casual Event Assignment)

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee food and beverage service during the event. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the service team, ensuring exceptional guest experience, maintaining service standards, and supporting the smooth execution of the event.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the food and beverage service team.
• Allocate duties and brief staff before service.
• Ensure professional food and beverage service throughout the event.
• Monitor service quality and promptly resolve customer concerns.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and hospitality standards.
• Liaise with the event management team to ensure seamless operations.

Profile:

• Minimum 2 years experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
• Experience supervising hotel, restaurant, catering, or corporate event service.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and ability to work under pressure.

Barman (Casual Event Assignment)

We are recruiting an experienced and customer-oriented Barman to provide professional beverage service during the event. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages while maintaining high standards of customer service, cleanliness, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
• Ensure efficient beverage service throughout the event.
• Monitor beverage stock and report any shortages.
• Deliver excellent customer service.
• Support the Food & Beverage team to ensure seamless event operations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Barman in a hotel, restaurant, lounge, or event setting.
• Knowledge of bar operations and beverage preparation.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Professional grooming and appearance.
• Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment.

Waiter / Waitress (Casual Event Assignment)

We are looking for energetic, customer-focused, and professional Waiters and Waitresses to support food and beverage service during the event. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with previous experience in hotels, restaurants, catering, banqueting, or event hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and serve guests professionally.
• Serve plated meals, buffet meals, and beverages.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of dining areas.
• Assist with event setup and clearing of service areas.
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the event.
• Work closely with the Food & Beverage Supervisor to ensure efficient service.

Minimum Requirements:

• Previous experience in hospitality, catering, hotels, restaurants, or events.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional grooming and appearance.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
