Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop and implement long-term brand strategies aligned with AMG's overall business goals. Define brand positioning, messaging frameworks, and value propositions based on market insights. Plan and execute integrated 360-degree marketing campaigns across digital, print, and on-ground platforms. Lead go-to-market strategies for new product launches, coordinating cross-functional input for maximum impact. Ensure brand consistency across all internal and external communications and touchpoints. Collaborate with sales, product development, and operations teams to align marketing efforts with business priorities.
Other Information:
Conduct regular market and competitor research to inform branding decisions and maintain market relevance. Manage agency and vendor relationships to ensure timely, high-quality creative and media outputs. Monitor brand performance metrics, including awareness, engagement, and perception, and optimize based on insights. Manage brand budgets, campaign spend, and deliver detailed ROI analyses post-campaign.
Education and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. 4–6 years of experience in brand management or a related marketing role. Experience leading cross-channel marketing campaigns and working with agencies. Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and reporting. Strong knowledge of branding principles, consumer behavior, and competitive positioning.

Strategic thinker with a creative and analytical mindset. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong project management and organizational capabilities. Data-driven with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans. Team player, able to work collaboratively across departments and with external stakeholders.
