We’re looking for a talented Webflow Developer who thrives at the intersection of design and development to join our fully remote, rapidly expanding team. In this role, you’ll serve as the technical lead for our marketing and product websites, crafting pixel-perfect, conversion-focused Webflow sites from high-fidelity Figma designs while ensuring smooth performance and scalability. Your responsibilities will include building responsive websites and landing pages, creating advanced interactions, architecting dynamic CMS structures, and integrating third-party tools to enhance functionality and tracking. You’ll collaborate closely with designers and marketers to translate creative vision into technical reality, optimize sites for speed, accessibility, and SEO, and conduct thorough testing across devices and browsers. Additionally, you’ll maintain security, update components, and troubleshoot issues to deliver seamless user experiences. To qualify, you should have 3–5 years of hands-on Webflow experience, ideally in a digital agency, SaaS company, or startup setting. Proficiency in Webflow’s CMS, animations, and custom interactions is essential, along with a deep grasp of UX/UI principles, responsive design, and Figma. Strong HTML, CSS, and JavaScript skills are required to implement custom scripts, and familiarity with frameworks like Client-First or Resume is a plus. The ideal candidate excels in independent work within a distributed team, communicates clearly, and can showcase a portfolio of live Webflow projects, intricate interactions, and design transformations.
