Key Accounts Manager
Precision HR Proprietary Ltd, en partenariat avec African Queen No 1 Distributor, recherche un Key Accounts Manager expérimenté et orienté résultats pour gérer et développer nos relations clients les plus stratégiques. Ce poste est essentiel pour stimuler la croissance du chiffre d'affaires, garantir la satisfaction client et renforcer notre position en tant que distributeur FMCG de premier plan.
Basé en Ouganda, ce poste à temps plein relève du secteur de la fabrication et de l'entreposage. Le salaire proposé est compris entre 3 000 000 et 5 000 000 USh. Le candidat retenu devra justifier d'un diplôme de niveau Bachelor et d'au moins 5 ans d'expérience dans un poste similaire. La maîtrise de l'anglais est requise. Les horaires de travail sont de 8h à 17h, du lundi au vendredi.
En tant que Key Accounts Manager, vos responsabilités incluront :
Gestion stratégique des comptes
Élaborer et exécuter des plans stratégiques pour les comptes clés afin de stimuler la croissance du chiffre d'affaires et la rentabilité. Identifier de nouvelles opportunités commerciales au sein des comptes existants et mener des négociations pour sécuriser des partenariats à long terme. Gérer l'ensemble du cycle de vente, de la prospection à la conclusion, en veillant à atteindre ou dépasser les objectifs fixés.
Gestion de la relation client
Construire et maintenir des relations solides et fondées sur la confiance avec les parties prenantes senior des organisations clientes clés. Agir en tant que point de
