Minimum Qualifications and Experience Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing or a related business discipline. 3+ years’ experience as a Sales & Distribution Supervisor in a similar sales environment. Analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets. Strong reporting, planning and organisational skills. Leadership and team management capability.
