Consultancy Services - Impact Storytelling Training for the TWENDE project
IUCN (International Union for Conservation of Nature) is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to design and deliver a comprehensive 2-day training workshop on impact storytelling for the TWENDE project partners and project team. This consultancy aims to equip participants with practical skills, tools, and frameworks to identify, document, and communicate compelling evidence of project outcomes and impact.
Objective of the Consultancy
The main objective is to design and deliver a comprehensive 2-day training workshop for the TWENDE partners and project team on impact storytelling. The training should cover both written storytelling (e.g., success stories, case studies, reports) and audio-visual storytelling (e.g., photography and videography for communication) to ensure participants can effectively capture and share their learnings with diverse audiences, including donors, partners, government stakeholders, and communities.
By the end of the workshop, participants should be able to:
- Identify and articulate evidence of change from project data and beneficiary experiences.
- Develop clear, audience-centered narratives that integrate qualitative and quantitative evidence.
- Apply practical techniques for ethical and effective storytelling in both written and visual formats.
- Understand the fundamentals of photography and videography for documenting project impact.
- Create a plan for implementing and institutionalizing storytelling practices within the TWENDE project.Procurement Process
