Training & Development Coordinator – Soft Skills

Description: Job Purpose The Soft Skills Training and Development Coordinator , will ensure the smooth and effective functioning of training events and special projects in the group This will include managing designing developing coordinating blended sales and soft skills learning programs to improve sales performance customer experience and employee capability across the group Manage eLearning Talent Soft Campus coordinate external providers for specialist training and measure training impact against defined commercial KPIs Summary of Key Responsibilities: Review and organize training plans design and develop training programs for corporate HR training and so on Design and execute training programs for new and old sales staff in product knowledge and company processes Create physical and digital educational materials such as slide decks manuals roleplay scenarios and case studies Conduct skills gap analysis host group workshops and observe live sales calls to provide actionable feedback Prepare appropriate training methods per case including simulations mentoring on the job training professional development classes and so on Inform employees about available training opportunities to and provide necessary information Perform needs assessment on an entire organization level and identify skills or knowledge gaps that need to be addressed Implement accepted education principles and explore new training methods and techniques Assist and guide staff on eLearning modules Training delivery in customer complaints handling and communication skills Develop educational aids and materials Review and analyze instructional effectiveness and prepare reports determining the impact of training on employee skills and how it affects KPIs Collaborate with internal stakeholders and liaise with matter experts regarding instructional design Manage curriculum database and training records Organize train the trainer sessions for internal subject matter experts Encourage all members of staff to participate in eLearning Oversee inhouse training facilities and equipment Produce monthly Training Reports for Management Track Training Hours per each member of staff on monthly basis Measure the effectiveness of training Required Competencies and Attributes Exceptional communication skills Excellent Presentation skills Exceptional public speaking skills Attention to detail Excellent knowledge of instructional design theory and implementation Skilled with traditional and modern job training methods and techniques Close familiarity with MS Office Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments Excellent coaching and mentoring skills Primary Areas of Accountability: Qualifications and Experience Bachelors degree in Human Resources Marketing Sales Organizational Psychology Education Communications or any related field Must have a minimum of 5 years experience in training and development aligned to Commercial fields Sales Marketing Customer Soft Skills Training Must have proven experience as a Soft Skills Trainer Corporate Trainer or in a similar Learning and Development position Must have exception skills in public speaking presentation and active listening Proven strong empathy interpersonal savvy and the ability to connect with culturally diverse groups Must have good experience of providing complete full training cycle assessing needs plan develop coordinate monitor and evaluate Must be a member of ZIHRM or any relevant professional body QUALIFIED FEMALES & THE DIFFERENTLY ABLED PERSONS ARE ENCOURAGED TO APPLY FOR THIS POSITION If you meet the hiring requirements for the position, please email your CV in MS Word and Cover Letter clearly stating your salary expectations to: [Click the Apply button below to apply, and Create my CV to build a CV tailored to this offer, professionally] & Cc [Click the Apply button below to apply, and Create my CV to build a CV tailored to this offer, professionally] Note that, all communications will be kept in the strictest of confidence.
