UNICEF is seeking an international consultant to support the revision of the National Policy on Nutritional Security (PNSN) and the development of its multisectoral action plan in Niger. The role involves integrating the triple nexus approach into the policy to enhance resilience and sustainability of nutritional interventions. The consultant will work closely with the Ministry of Public Health and is expected to have extensive experience in multisectoral nutrition and policy development. This consultancy is based in Niamey, Niger, for a duration of 5 months. Master's degree in social sciences, public health, nutrition, or equivalent Minimum 10 years of experience in multisectoral nutrition Proven experience in policy development Experience in fragile contexts Experience in Africa/Sahel preferred Fluency in French; English knowledge is a plus Good understanding of the triple nexus Excellent writing and analytical skills PhD in Nutrition/Public Health is a plus
