💼 Expérience

• This is a performance-driven role requiring strong experience in credit assessment, loan recovery, and portfolio management. Successful candidates must enforce repayment discipline, control risk exposure, and maintain high portfolio quality. Key Responsibilities
• Identify and recruit qualified micro and small business clients in line with company policy.
• Conduct thorough client assessments, loan appraisals, and field investigations.
• Mobilize, disburse, and ensure strict recovery of loans to maintain a Portfolio at Risk (PAR) not exceeding 5%.
• Consistently chase delinquent and default clients to demand repayment in line with recovery procedures.
• Submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on disbursement, arrears, and recovery status.

🎓 Formation / Diplômes

• Deliver financial education and promote digital repayment solutions to reduce default risk. Qualification Required & Experience

🧠 Profil recherché

• Minimum of 1year proven experience in microfinance credit operations, with emphasis on loan recovery.
• Diploma or Degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or related field.

🛠️ Compétences requises

• Strong analytical, negotiation, and field collection skills.
• Demonstrated ability to control delinquency and maintain portfolio quality.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver on recovery targets.
