Nous recherchons un(e) Graphic Designer talentueux(se) pour rejoindre notre équipe créative à Accra. Ce poste à temps plein, basé sur site, est idéal pour un professionnel passionné par la création de visuels percutants et la collaboration au sein d'une équipe dynamique.

Le/la Graphic Designer sera responsable de la conception et de la création de contenus visuels, notamment des graphiques, des logos, des supports de marque et des mises en page. Les tâches quotidiennes incluent la collaboration avec les équipes pour développer des designs alignés sur les objectifs des clients et de l'organisation, l'affinage des concepts créatifs et l'exécution de designs répondant aux exigences des projets. Le poste requiert une attention particulière aux détails, le respect des directives de marque et une passion pour la production de travaux créatifs de haute qualité.
Expérience
Niveau intermédiaire, avec au moins 3 ans d'expérience. Un diplôme (Bachelor) est requis. La maîtrise de l'anglais est indispensable. Horaires de travail : temps plein, de 8h à 17h.
Localisation
Accra & Tema Region, Ghana.
Responsabilités clés
Concevoir des visuels de haute qualité pour les réseaux sociaux, flyers, bannières, brochures, branding d'événements et campagnes. Collaborer avec les équipes internes pour développer des concepts créatifs et des supports de communication. Gérer plusieurs projets de design, de la conception à la livraison finale. Maintenir la cohérence de la marque sur tous les supports de communication. Soutenir les projets de montage vidéo et de motion design lorsque nécessaire.
Exigences
Maîtrise de la suite Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Diplôme de Bachelor en Design Graphique ou domaine connexe. Portfolio solide et à jour démontrant vos meilleures réalisations.

Excellente gestion du temps et compétences organisationnelles. Grande attention aux détails et capacité à travailler en équipe. Aisance à travailler dans un environnement axé sur la foi. Une expérience en montage vidéo ou motion design est un atout supplémentaire.
