GV4G is executed by a consortium and the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands (EKN) serves as the EU’s delegated implementing partner for this Action The programme focuses on transforming the soy, cashew, and coffee value chains in Central and Northern Mozambique through private-sector–led investment, regenerative agriculture, agroforestry, expanded local processing, and stronger market systems. By 2031, GV4G aims to mobilize approximately €26.8 million in public and private investment and benefit more than 44,000 farmers, enterprises, and commercial farm businesses while strengthening compliance with EU market requirements Using a market systems-based approach, GV4G integrates landscape restoration, value chain upgrading, enterprise development, and policy reform to create sustainable and inclusive economic growth. The programme strengthens production systems through climate-smart practices and digital tools, expands access to finance and business development services for small- to medium-sized enterprises • •Never pay any amount of money — for a file, a training, a uniform, or an interview. A real employer never asks the candidate to pay.
  • •Never send a photo of your ID card, passport, or banking details before you have physically verified the employer exists.
  • •Always meet in a public place, during the day — never an isolated address, a private home, or a location you cannot verify in advance.
  • •Tell a relative or friend exactly where you are going, with whom, and at what time — and share your live location if possible.
  • •Search the company name online before going: a real business has a trace (website, reviews, other employees, an official address).
  • •A salary that is far above the market rate for the position and the city is a red flag — be extra cautious.
