Role Objective: Our client, a growing hotel, is looking for a friendly and customer-focused Waiter to join their team. Core Duties and Responsibilities:

Welcome guests warmly and provide friendly, attentive service. Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. Recommend menu items and promote daily specials where appropriate. Maintain clean, organized, and well-presented dining areas. Work closely with the kitchen and colleagues to deliver a seamless guest experience. Handle guest requests and resolve concerns professionally and promptly. Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times. Prepare bills and process payments accurately. Perform any other duties assigned.

Job Specifications and Qualifications:

Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality, Food & Beverage, or a related field is an added advantage. At least 2 years experience in a similar role within a busy, high-end restaurant or hotel. Previous experience in customer service is preferred. Proficiency in hotel or restaurant point-of-sale (POS) systems or hotel management software.

Role Objective: Our client, a growing hotel, is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Business Development Manager to lead sales growth, expand the hotel's market presence, and build strong relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, event organisers, and key industry stakeholders. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue through strategic sales initiatives, developing new business opportunities, increasing hotel visibility, and strengthening client partnerships to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.

Core Duties and Responsibilities:

Strategic Revenue & Business Growth:

Develop and execute business development strategies to increase hotel revenue, occupancy, and overall market share. Develop, negotiate, and maintain strategic partnerships that drive revenue growth and long-term business value. Identify and secure opportunities for conferences, meetings, and events to maximize revenue from the hotel's facilities. Work closely with the marketing team to drive direct bookings and strengthen the hotel's market presence.

Relationship & Key Account Management:

Build, negotiate, and maintain long-term partnerships with corporate clients, travel agents, event planners, and key business partners. Manage key accounts through regular engagement, account reviews, and tailored solutions that encourage repeat business. Represent the hotel at industry events, networking forums, and hospitality platforms to promote the brand and generate new opportunities.

Sales Performance & Market Insights:

Collaborate with Reservations, Front Office, Food & Beverage, and Operations teams to ensure excellent guest experiences and service delivery. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities. Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and performance reports using CRM and sales tracking systems. Provide management with insights and recommendations to support revenue growth and business decisions.

Budget & Reporting Responsibilities:

Manage the business development budget effectively and ensure return on investment. Prepare monthly sales reports, forecasts, and strategic updates for management.

Job Specifications and Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. Minimum of 6 years' experience in hotel sales, business development, or a similar commercial role within the hospitality industry. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth for a hotel or hospitality establishment. Strong experience managing corporate accounts, partnerships, and business relationships. Good understanding of hotel operations, market trends, and revenue generation strategies. Experience using CRM systems, sales reporting tools, and Microsoft Office applications.

Our client, a 4-star hotel, is looking for an energetic and service-driven Front Office Supervisor to lead the front office team and create exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, inspires teams, ensures seamless front office operations, and is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.

Core Duties and Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the front office to ensure efficient and professional guest service. Welcome guests and resolve enquiries and complaints promptly and professionally. Coordinate all front office guest services, including check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and room allocations. Monitor front office procedures, including room allocations, billing, and cash handling, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Attend to guest complaints, enquiries, and special requests in a timely and professional manner. Ensure compliance with front office policies and procedures. Coordinate with the Housekeeping, Reservations, Food & Beverage, and Maintenance departments to ensure a seamless guest experience. Ensure cleanliness and proper presentation of the front office, reception, and lobby areas. Maintain accurate front office records and prepare operational reports. Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Minimum of 2 years experience in a Front Office or Guest Services role, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead capacity. Proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office applications.
