Read more about this company Accountant Job Type Full Time Qualification BA/BSc/HND Experience 3 - 5 years Location Lagos City Lekki Job Field Finance / Accounting / Audit   Major Responsibilites Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports Manage accounts payable and receivable Monitor cash flow, expenses, and company budgets Reconcile bank statements and ensure financial accuracy Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Manage tax filings and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements Track property income, expenses, and investment performance Support audits and provide necessary financial documentation Monitor financial transactions related to property sales, rent, and maintenance Provide financial insights to support business decision-making. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields 3 - 5 years accounting experience (experience in real estate is an advantage) Professional certification (ICAN is a plus Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software Strong analytical and problem-solving skills High level of integrity and attention to detail.
