Finance Officer - Tech1million Limited
Nous recherchons un Finance Officer opérationnel pour gérer les opérations financières quotidiennes d'une fintech en pleine croissance qui développe sa plateforme de paiements transfrontaliers. Vous serez responsable de la réconciliation bancaire, des rapports financiers et de la tenue des registres à mesure que les volumes de transactions augmentent. Ce poste, basé à Lagos (hybride), est axé sur l'exécution à un moment charnière pour l'entreprise.

** : Poste à temps plein, relevant du secteur Banque, Finance et Assurance. Rémunération : NGN 600 000 - 900 000. Niveau d'expérience : confirmé (3 ans). Langue requise : anglais. Horaires : temps plein, de 8h à 17h. Diplôme minimum : Bac+3 (Degree).
Missions :
Maintenir la précision, l'organisation et la fiabilité des finances de l'entreprise à mesure que les volumes de transactions augmentent.
Gérer les opérations financières et les transactions quotidiennes.
Effectuer régulièrement des réconciliations bancaires.
Préparer et maintenir des rapports financiers, et suivre les revenus, les dépenses et les flux de trésorerie.
Tenir des registres financiers précis conformément aux processus de l'entreprise.
Soutenir les cycles de clôture mensuelle et de reporting, et signaler rapidement les écarts ou problèmes dans les données financières.
Travailler en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe pour garantir que les opérations financières suivent le rythme de l'activité.

Formation en finance ou comptabilité (préférée à une expérience orientée client comme la gestion de comptes).
3 à 4 ans d'expérience pertinente en finance, comptabilité ou finance opérationnelle.
Une expérience dans la fintech ou les opérations bancaires est un atout important, idéalement avec une exposition aux exigences de reporting pertinentes.
Souci du détail, à l'aise avec la finance opérationnelle quotidienne plutôt que stratégique ou de niveau exécutif, fiable et organisé pour gérer des cycles de reporting récurrents.
Maîtrise des logiciels de comptabilité cloud (par exemple, QuickBooks, Xero) et Excel avancé requise.
Une progression vers la certification ICAN/ACCA est un plus, mais l'expérience opérationnelle pratique est prioritaire.
