The Agency wishes to invite suitably qualified and experienced individuals to fill the vacant positions of Manager Internal Audit, Internal Auditor ICT, Senior Information and Communications Technology Officer, Information and Communication Technology Officer – Applications, Assistant Procurement Officer and Office Assistant. 5. ASSISTANT PROCUREMENT OFFICER (ZCS 06) A. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Undertakes effectively the collection and collation of data in order to facilitate the development of the procurement plan. Undertakes effectively collection of quotations in order to facilitate preparation of bidding documents. Undertakes effectively the filing of procurement documentation in order to facilitate easy storage and retrieval. B.
