Job Purpose The primary objective of this role is to meticulously evaluate loan applications, propose their approval when appropriate, and uphold exceptional standards in customer service. Responsibilities To meet predetermined monthly sales targets and drive consistent revenue growth, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Deliver outstanding customer service and support with a focus on care and satisfaction. Ensure the full collection of all outstanding loan amounts in adherence to established targets. Deliver prompt service to customers in adherence to the established turnaround time (TAT). Thorough and precise input of reports and loan applications into the system is required. Ensure adherence to all established company policies and procedures at all times. Promote all products with precision and persuasiveness to drive engagement and sales. Customer Retention/ Stakeholder Management. Requirements Grade 12 School Certificate A relevant professional qualification, such as a Business Degree or an advanced-level Diploma in a related field, is required. Proven track record in Sales and Marketing functions is essential. A minimum of two years of professional experience within a microfinance institution or banking sector is required, with additional preference given to candidates with relevant background.
