Consultancy Services to Support the Development of Management Plans and Bylaws for Collaborative Fisheries Management Areas (CFMAs) within Mtwara Seascape (MNAMANA, MKINAI and MNASI)
IUCN Tanzania Country Office is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to provide consultancy services for the development and/or revision of management plans, action plans, and bylaws for three Collaborative Fisheries Management Areas (CFMAs) in the Mtwara Seascape: MNAMANA, MKINAI, and MNASI. This is an open procurement process, and interested parties are invited to submit a proposal in accordance with the instructions outlined below.
Objective of the Consultancy
The main objective of this consultancy is to facilitate the development and/or revision of management plans, action plans, and bylaws for the three CFMAs through an inclusive, participatory, evidence-based, and legally compliant process.
Specific Objectives
The consultancy shall assess existing conditions and facilitate the development of management plans, action plans, and bylaws for the CFMAs, ensuring alignment with Tanzania's fisheries legislation and local context.
