Project Manager

Job Type: Full Time

Job Purpose: The Projects Manager drives delivery of the CIO's digital transformation roadmap coordinating enterprise system implementations, upgrades, and cross-functional technology initiatives from initiation through go-live. The role leads project coordinators, project support staff, and systems tech interns.

Job Description:

Project & Program Delivery: Manage the IT project portfolio, including planning, resourcing, budgeting, and risk management for each initiative. Coordinate delivery of enterprise system projects (e.g., ERP, CRM, HRIS, MES, e-commerce, fleet) in partnership with business and vendor stakeholders. Track milestones, dependencies, and benefits realization against the CIO's digital roadmap.

Change Management & Adoption: Drive structured change management -- communications, training, and support -- to secure user adoption post go-live. Coordinate go-live and hypercare support with the project coordinators and systems tech support team.

Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate implementation partners and vendors to keep projects aligned to scope, schedule, and cost. Provide regular project status, risk, and benefits reporting to the CIO and steering committees.

Team Leadership: Lead project coordinators/support staff and systems tech support interns across concurrent projects. Build project management capability and disciplined delivery practices across the team.

** Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business, or related field. 3-5+ years managing IT or digital transformation projects, ideally with enterprise system implementations (ERP/CRM/MES/eCommerce).

IS Security Manager

Job Purpose: The IS Security Manager protects the company's data, systems, and physical technology assets from evolving cyber and physical threats. The role runs the security program, oversees systems administration for security platforms, and leads the security analyst and intern team.

Job Description:

Cybersecurity, Privacy & Resilience: Operate a risk-based security program covering identity, network, endpoint, and application layers. Enforce Zero Trust principles, continuous monitoring, and periodic disaster-recovery testing. Own vulnerability management and coordinate timely closure of critical findings.

Security & Surveillance: Manage physical security systems -- cameras, access control -- and integrate them into a unified Security Operations Centre (SOC) view alongside digital monitoring. Lead incident monitoring, triage, and digital forensics for security events.

Systems Administration: Oversee administration of security-relevant systems (identity, directory services, security tooling) in coordination with Infrastructure. Maintain hardening standards and secure configuration baselines across managed systems.

Team & Governance: Lead and develop security analysts and interns, building a bench of certified security talent. Report security posture, incidents, and risk trends to the CIO and relevant governance forums.

Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field. 3-5+ years in information security, with experience leading analysts or a security operations function.

Key Competencies: Working knowledge of Zero Trust architectures, SOC operations, and digital forensics. Experience integrating physical security (CCTV, access control) with digital monitoring. Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, Security+) preferred. Sound judgment and composure when managing live incidents. Strong reporting and communication skills for board- and governance-level updates. Ability to mentor and grow junior security talent.

Service Desk & Support Operations: Lead the helpdesk and infrastructure support team to resolve incidents and requests within agreed SLAs. Vendor & Cost Management: Manage infrastructure vendor contracts, licensing, and renewals to optimize total cost of ownership. Support the CIO's IT service management function with accurate asset and configuration records.

Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 3-5+ years managing IT infrastructure, network, or corporate IT operations, including prior team-lead experience.

Key Competencies: Strong knowledge of networking, cloud platforms, endpoint management, and identity & access management. Experience running a helpdesk/service desk function against SLAs. Vendor and contract management experience. Strong leadership and team development capability. Clear communication with both technical staff and business stakeholders. Calm, structured decision-making under incident pressure.
