Prêt à sécuriser les opérations aéronautiques et à maintenir des normes de sécurité de premier ordre ? Nous recherchons un Coordinateur Sécurité, Normes et Procédures dynamique basé à Nairobi, Kenya. Dans ce rôle clé, vous superviserez les normes de sécurité, effectuerez des audits de contrôle qualité, dispenserez une formation AVSEC et assurerez la conformité réglementaire dans les opérations au sol. Vous devez être titulaire d'un diplôme pertinent (Degree ou Diploma), justifier de 3 ans d'expérience en sécurité aérienne et détenir les certifications AVSEC Instructor/KCAA.
2. Agents de bord (Flight Attendants)

Dans ce rôle de leadership clé, vous gérerez l'équipe de cabine, respecterez les normes de sécurité, agirez comme principal interlocuteur avec le poste de pilotage et générerez des revenus grâce aux ventes à bord. Vous devez détenir un certificat d'équipage de cabine valide avec au moins 2 ans d'expérience en tant qu'équipage de cabine.
