Introduction The Liberia Agency for Community Development (LACD) is a registered Liberian non governmental organization established in 2013. LACD works to improve the livelihoods of vulnerable communities through sustainable agriculture, food security, climate resilience, education, health and nutrition, women’s empowerment, youth development, governance, clean energy and economic inclusion. To strengthen its institutional visibility, improve stakeholder engagement, and showcase programmed achievements, LACD invites qualified website developers and web development firms to submit quotations for the design, development, deployment, and maintenance of a modern organizational website. 2. Objective The objective of this assignment is to design and develop a professional, secure, responsive, and user-friendly website that reflects LACD’s identity and supports communication with donors, partners, beneficiaries, government institutions, and the general public. 3.
