Responsibilities
Develop and implement Sightsavers Ireland's corporate fundraising strategy for 2027–2031
Create annual fundraising plans with clear priorities, objectives and measures of success
Identify, develop and secure new corporate partnerships that align with Sightsavers' mission and values
Build and manage strong relationships with corporate partners, creating mutually beneficial engagement opportunities
Lead the planning and delivery of fundraising and cultivation events, including flagship challenges and donor engagement activities
Develop innovative fundraising initiatives that engage businesses, employees and wider supporter networks
Build a network of senior business leaders who can champion and advocate for Sightsavers Ireland
Monitor fundraising performance and provide reporting on income, impact and return on investment
Manage campaign and partnership budgets and ensure funding is accurately tracked and reported

Essential:
Expérience
Significant experience in corporate fundraising, business development or corporate social responsibility (CSR) partnerships.
Demonstrated success in securing and managing external partnerships.
Strong event management experience, including the delivery of high-profile fundraising
or stakeholder events.
Excellent relationship-building, influencing and negotiation skills.
Experience engaging with senior leaders and external stakeholders.
Strong planning, organisational and budget management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
