The UNICEF is seeking an International Technical Assistant specializing in Gender and Inclusion to support the functioning of the FCSE in Niger for a 12-month consultancy. The role involves conducting gender and inclusion analyses, developing strategic action plans, and enhancing the capacity of stakeholders in the education sector. The candidate will also coach national technical assistants and ensure that programming documents are sensitive to gender and inclusion. This position is based with occasional travel to Niamey. Master's degree in gender, inclusion, education, social sciences or equivalent Minimum 5 years of experience in gender and inclusion integration Technical skills in gender analysis and program implementation Experience in capacity building and training Excellent organizational and communication skills Fluency in French, both oral and written Knowledge of the Nigerien educational context
