Kalungwishi Estates Limited, une entreprise agricole de grande envergure spécialisée dans la production de macadamia et de canne à sucre, recherche un Operations Manager expérimenté pour renforcer sa capacité de gestion, protéger les intérêts de l'entreprise et mettre en place des systèmes administratifs solides ainsi qu'une gouvernance rigoureuse à travers l'ensemble de l'organisation. Il s'agit d'une nomination stratégique de haut niveau. Nous recherchons un professionnel axé sur le commerce, ayant évolué dans un environnement où les mauvaises décisions ont des conséquences réelles, quelqu'un qui comprend la gouvernance, la responsabilité et la protection des intérêts de l'employeur, et qui construit des systèmes plutôt que de simplement les superviser.
Missions
Le Operations Manager aura la responsabilité du cadre réglementaire, de conformité, de gouvernance et administratif de l'entreprise, agissant comme coordinateur central entre les départements, interface principale avec les autorités externes et les parties prenantes, et architecte des politiques, procédures et systèmes de gestion qui maintiennent l'entreprise unie. Le rôle existe pour réduire la charge administrative et de conformité actuellement portée par la haute direction, permettant au General Manager et aux Directeurs de se concentrer sur les opérations et les décisions stratégiques. Le succès sera mesuré par la solidité des systèmes mis en place, la cohérence de leur application et le degré de protection active des intérêts de l'entreprise.
