Job location: Syria – Lattakia ( Qastal Maaf - Ras AlBaseet - AlAedeen - Rabiea, Kansaba, Qasatel Halab) Reports to: Facility Administrator

JOB SUMMARY

• Ensures site safety and prevents unauthorized access, while protecting supplies, and equipment related to the PHC

• Monitors the movement of people, vehicles, and materials in accordance with approved procedures and instructions.

Responsabilités

• Complies with safety and security instructions, the code of conduct, and organizational policies while performing duties.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor the facility and its surroundings during assigned working hours or shifts.

• Prevent unauthorized entry and ensure visitors or staff are registered according to approved procedures.

• Monitor doors, entrances, and exits and ensure they are properly closed and secured.

• Movement Monitoring and Reporting:

• Follow up movement of materials, equipment, and vehicles and report any unusual activity to the management.

• Immediately report any security incident, unauthorized access attempt, damage, or risk affecting the site.

Should have the following skills, education, and experience:

Formation / Diplômes

• Basic or secondary education—or equivalent; basic training or knowledge in safety and security procedures is preferred.

Expérience

• A minimum of 1 year of practical experience in guarding, security, or facility protection.

• Previous experience guarding warehouses, health facilities, or vaccine stores is an asset.

• Experience working with humanitarian or health organizations is an additional asset..
