Marketing and Operations Executive
Crown Peak Games Limited, a fast-growing gaming and entertainment company, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing & Operations Officer to join our team in Lusaka.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing
Execute marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and brand awareness. Coordinate radio, television, digital, and activation campaigns. Manage social media content and community engagement. Build and maintain relationships with media partners, influencers, and brand ambassadors. Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports.
Operations
Oversee daily operational activities and ensure smooth business processes. Coordinate with technical, customer service, and field teams. Monitor sales performance and operational KPIs. Assist in managing promotions, activations, and special events. Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in marketing, operations, sales, or a related role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good knowledge of social media and digital marketing. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Must be proactive, organized, and results-oriented.
Preferred Candidate
Male candidates are encouraged to apply. Must possess a valid driver’s licence. Experience in the gaming, telecommunications, media, or FMCG industry will be an added advantage.
