This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in a professional accounting and advisory environment. Key Responsibilities Assist in the preparation and posting of journal entries and general ledger reconciliations Support the processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable Assist with bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring Help prepare financial statements and management reports under supervision Support tax computations and statutory filings (VAT, PAYE, etc.) Assist with filing, record-keeping, and maintaining accurate financial documentation Support internal and external audit processes by preparing schedules and supporting documentation Assist with data entry and maintenance of accounting software/systems Perform other administrative and accounting duties as assigned by the supervisor Minimum Qualifications Degree or Diploma in Accounting, ZICA, or a related field Strong numerical and analytical skills Good working knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software is an added advantage High level of integrity, attention to detail, and willingness to learn Good communication and organizational skills
