Responsabilités
We are looking for an energetic, confident, and customer-oriented individual to join our growing team as a Sales Consultant in our showroom. Age Requirement: 20â35 years Location: Lusaka, Zambia Core Duties;
- Welcome walk-in customers and professionally introduce vehicle features and advantages
- â Arrange vehicle test drives and follow up sales leads until deal confirmation
- â Make daily outbound calls to prospective customers and referrals from existing clients
- â Manage daily social media activities, including posting content and responding to inbox messages on social media platforms
Formation / DiplĂŽmes
- â Register customer information, update follow-up records, and maintain client files
â Assist supervisors with order submissions, vehicle preparation and handover ceremonies
â Maintain cleanliness of the showroom, display vehicles, and marketing materials Qualifications & Requirements;
Expérience
- Minimum of 3 years proven sales experience (automotive or related industry is an added advantage)
- â Diploma in Marketing, Sales, or a related field
â Fluent spoken English with excellent communication and customer service skills
- â Ability to confidently explain product features and selling points
- â Skilled in smartphone and social media operations
- â Must possess a valid Zambian driverâs license
- â Presentable appearance and professional attitude.
