Project Planning and Documentation Engineer

Position: Project Planning and Documentation Engineer. Location: Kawambwa Job Summary: The selected candidate will be responsible for Project Schedule Monitoring, Preparation of Reports, Coordination of Planning Activities, and Maintenance of Project Documentation to ensure smooth Project Execution. Key Responsibilities: Develop, monitor, and update project schedules and work plans. Track project progress and identify delays or deviations. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports. Coordinate with project teams to collect and analyse project data. Maintain proper documentation and records of project activities. Assist in resource planning and project forecasting. Ensure compliance with project timelines and reporting standards. Support management with planning analysis and documentation requirements. Maintain correspondence, drawings, reports, and technical records systematically. Requirements: Bachelor of Engineering or Diploma in Mechanical or Civil Engineering. Minimum 5 years of experience in Project planning and documentation works. Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and Microsoft Office. Strong reporting, analytical, and communication skills. Experience in construction/industrial project environments preferred. All qualifications must be accredited by the Zambia Qualifications Authority (ZAQA) – mandatory requirement Preferred Skills: Good knowledge of project scheduling techniques. Strong organizational and document control abilities. Team coordination and time management capabilities.
