We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Lead, Mid Corporate Propositions & Brokers Engagements Location: Lagos Job type: Full-time Job Objective The Proposition Manager will drive the development, refinement, and implementation of market-aligned insurance propositions to support the Commercial Sales diversification and growth strategy. The role will bridge product innovation and sales execution, ensuring propositions are customer-centric, sales-friendly, and aligned with market needs. The role will also co-ordinate Brokers Engagements. Educational / Professional Qualification Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Insurance, or a related field (Master’s Degree or professional certifications are a plus). Experience 5–7 years of experience in product management, sales enablement, or a related role in the insurance industry. Demonstrated success in designing and launching customer-focused insurance products. Strong understanding of insurance markets, distribution channels, and customer segments. Key Skills & Competencies Requirements : Strategic Thinking: Ability to align propositions with the company’s growth and diversification strategy. Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and sales channels. Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing market trends and sales data to inform proposition development. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling sales tools and presentations. Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and ensure quality delivery. Customer Focus: Strong understanding of customer needs and behaviors in the insurance sector.
