Position Purpose:To support the Fundraising Department in identifying funding opportunities, coordinating proposal development, managing donor requirements, and ensuring high-quality grants management throughout the project lifecycle. The Projects Officer works closely with technical departments to develop draft proposals, maintain donor compliance, and strengthen relationships with institutional and private donors. Key Responsibilities Proposal Development . Coordinate the development of concept notes and full project proposals . Collect and consolidate technical input from relevant departments . Ensure proposals comply with donor guidelines and submission requirements . Develop logical frameworks, work plans, budgets,and supporting annexes in coordination with technical and finance teams

. Support the preparation of donor presentations and project summaries in an attractive style and with a distinctive design Donation-Funded projects Management . Lead and coordinate the implementation of projects funded through private donations and philanthropic contributions, multi-sectors ensuring timely, high-quality delivery in line with approved project plans and donor commitments. . Develop implementation plans, monitor project progress, identify risks, and take corrective actions to ensure successful project delivery.

Localisation

. Supervise and provide technical guidance to field teams, ensuring effective task allocation, performance monitoring, and compliance with organizational policies and quality standards. . Monitor project expenditures and implementation timelines to ensure efficient use of available resources and compliance with approved budgets . Ensure accurate documentation of project activities,maintain project records, and support the preparation of implementation updates and donor reports. . Conduct regular field visits to monitor implementation quality, verify progress, and provide technical support to field teams when required. . Ensure beneficiary feedback, accountability, safeguarding, and protection principles are integrated throughout project implementation Grants Management . Maintain grants tracking systems and proposal pipelines. . Monitor proposal deadlines and donor/partner reporting schedules . Maintain organized electronic and physical grant files Reporting . Coordinate the preparation of narrative and media reports with technical teams . Track reporting deadlines and ensure timely submission. . Exporting narrative report designs with a distinctive appearance. . Support documentation of project achievements,lessons learned, and success stories. . Archive grants,reports, agreements, and communications . Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies. Coordination . Coordinate with Program, MEAL, Finance Procurement, HR, Media, and Operations departments Throughout proposal development and grant implementation . Participate in project design meetings . Support project kick-off and grant close-out processes when required Respect and apply all the PSEA and child protection principles and show high commitment to report any PSEA & CP action Commitment to implementing the child safeguarding and PSEA policy by considering them when planning and designing activities as well as when receiving complaints or observing issues related to this matter and fulfilling their obligation to report it directly via the assigned channels or directly to senior management. Raising awareness to their assigned staff of child safeguarding and PSEA policy plus reporting mechanisms and how to deal with it. Note : the above-mentioned key responsibilities / accountabilities are illustrative ones. Formation / Diplômes

Qualification (Education/Work Experience) Essential: . Bacalorios's degree in Business Administration Development Studies, Economics, or a related field

Expérience

. Minimum 2 years of experience in fundraising, grants management,proposal development, or humanitarian programming. . Previous experience Working with NGOs or humanitarian organizations

. Excellent English Writing skills . Strong analytical and organizational skills . Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word Excel, and PowerPoint . Knowledge of working on online platforms belonging to partners and donors Desirable: . Experience with non-institutional donors and partners philanthropy funds .
