Bachelors degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or any other related field. 1–2 years experience in operations or logistics. Must be a resident of Mombasa. Willing to travel to our Nairobi Head Office for a mandatory training period of not less than two (2) weeks. Experience working in a courier or logistics company will be an added advantage. Familiarity with the Coastal region is an added advantage. Proactive, organized, and able to work under minimal supervision.

Responsabilités clés :
Manage and supervise a team of riders. Oversee daily dispatch operations to ensure timely deliveries. Handle operational and administrative duties at the branch. Coordinate and monitor same-day delivery operations. Manage and support coastal agents to ensure efficient service delivery. Ensure smooth day-to-day branch operations while maintaining high service standards.
