Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily brewing activities, ensuring adherence to production schedules. Monitor critical control points, conduct in‑process checks, and enforce quality standards. Lead a team of 15‑20 production staff, providing coaching, performance feedback, and development opportunities. Collaborate with Maintenance to schedule preventive maintenance and quickly resolve equipment issues. Implement Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to improve yield, reduce waste, and lower operational costs. Maintain accurate production records, batch logs, and regulatory documentation. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times. Participate in new product trials, scale‑up processes, and technology upgrades. Required Skills Strong knowledge of brewing processes, fermentation science, and equipment operation. Leadership ability to motivate and manage diverse production teams.
