Job Overview The Brewery Production Supervisor will lead a team of operators and technicians to ensure seamless production of premium beer products. This position is responsible for overseeing daily brewing operations, maintaining strict quality controls, and optimizing process efficiency to meet production targets. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily brewing activities, ensuring adherence to production schedules. Monitor critical control points, conduct in‑process checks, and enforce quality standards. Lead a team of 15‑20 production staff, providing coaching, performance feedback, and development opportunities. Collaborate with Maintenance to schedule preventive maintenance and quickly resolve equipment issues. Implement Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to improve yield, reduce waste, and lower operational costs. Maintain accurate production records, batch logs, and regulatory documentation. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations at all times. Participate in new product trials, scale‑up processes, and technology upgrades. Required Skills Strong knowledge of brewing processes, fermentation science, and equipment operation. Leadership ability to motivate and manage diverse production teams. Analytical mindset with proficiency in data‑driven decision making. Excellent communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration. Problem‑solving aptitude to address production bottlenecks swiftly. Familiarity with ERP or manufacturing execution systems (MES). Commitment to safety culture and regulatory compliance. Education A Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Brewing Technology, Chemical Engineering, or a closely related discipline is required. Advanced certifications in brewing, quality management, or process improvement are advantageous and demonstrate a commitment to professional growth. Experience Applicants should possess 3‑5 years of hands‑on experience in a brewery or similar beverage manufacturing environment. Prior supervisory or team‑lead experience is essential, as is a proven track record of meeting production targets while maintaining high quality and safety standards. Salary The compensation package ranges from SSP 800,000 to 1,200,000 per month, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
