Responsibilities include designing marketing collateral, brochures, packaging, and other printed materials while ensuring high-quality output, color accuracy, and adherence to project specifications. Additionally, the position involves collaborating with clients or internal teams to refine concepts, troubleshoot production challenges, and deliver finished products on schedule. Key Responsibilities Craft visual content for both print and digital platforms, ensuring high-quality artistic execution. Develop and refine designs to meet project specifications and client expectations. CorelDRAW, Canva, Adobe Photoshop We utilize various design software applications, including industry-standard tools, to create and refine visual concepts and deliver high-quality design solutions. Proficiency in these programs is essential for executing tasks such as drafting, modeling, rendering, and editing to meet project specifications and client expectations. Operate and manage PVC ID Card Printers We are seeking candidates with experience in operating Ellis, Entrust, Zebra, and Fargo devices, among others. Operate DTF (Direct-to-Film) Printers for garment branding. Design and produce high-quality PVC identification, access, and visitor cards, as well as membership and other branded materials, ensuring precise printing and professional finishes. Develop print-ready artwork and uphold stringent production quality standards. Conduct regular maintenance and address basic troubleshooting for printing equipment as required. Provide customers with expert guidance on design concepts and branding specifications. Verify that all tasks are executed precisely and in alignment with the agreed-upon deadlines. Minimum Requirements A qualification in Graphic Design, ICT, Printing Technology, or a related discipline, whether at the certificate, diploma, or degree level, is required. Experienced in graphic design and digital printing with a track record of success. Proficiency in CorelDRAW (mandatory). Good working knowledge of Canva Proficient in graphic design software, including Adobe Photoshop, and other relevant tools. Experience operating PVC Card Printers is a strong advantage. Experience operating DTF Printers is highly desirable. Professionals should possess a strong understanding of colour management principles and methodologies, along with expertise in print production workflows and techniques. Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail, fosters creative problem-solving, and thrives in high-pressure environments. Proven ability to communicate effectively and deliver exceptional customer service. Added Advantages Proficiency in branding initiatives and promotional product management is required.
