Job Ad & Profile Description Position : Operations Support Manager - Kwamw Nkrumah Circle,Accra We are seeking a high-performing Operations Support Manager to oversee multiple wholesale branches and drive operational excellence, sales growth, and compliance across all locations. This role is critical in ensuring branches meet company standards in sales performance, inventory management, customer service, and financial discipline. Key Responsibilities Sales & Revenue Growth Support branches to achieve sales targets and annual revenue growth Monitor daily, weekly, and quarterly sales performance Facilitate sales meetings with Branch Managers and Sales Executives Drive execution of trade deals, promotions, and customer programs Inventory & Supply Chain Oversight Ensure stock availability through coordination with distribution teams Maintain optimal stock cover across branches Enforce inventory accuracy through audits and stock checks Ensure FEFO compliance and proper handling of close-dated stock Monitor stock gap analysis and supply chain efficiency Customer Service & Order Fulfillment Ensure timely processing and fulfillment of sales orders Maintain same-day/24-hour delivery performance Implement customer feedback systems and manage key accounts Track and resolve customer complaints promptly Financial & Compliance Control Support revenue collection (minimum 80% cash recovery target) Work with credit team on debt recovery Enforce discipline in transaction processing Monitor discount approvals and branch cash balances Ensure compliance with SOPs and company policies Leadership & Performance Management Conduct performance reviews and one-on-one sessions Set branch performance objectives Deliver SOP, sales, and service training Build talent pipeline and support staff development Required profile for job ad : Operations Support Manager - Kwamw Nkrumah Circle,Accra Requirements Minimum 7 years’ experience in wholesale operations, sales, or supply chain At least 3 years in a leadership role Strong knowledge of sales forecasting, inventory control & reconciliation Proven experience driving operational improvements ERP systems proficiency Excellent leadership, communication & analytical skills Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field Master’s degree is an advantage Job criteria for job ad : Operations Support Manager - Kwamw Nkrumah Circle,Accra Job category : Marketing, communication - Sales Industries : Consumer goods - Handling - Marketing, communication, media - Pharmaceutical industry - Rental Employment type : Permanent contract Region : Greater Accra City : Kwamw Nkrumah Circle,Accra Remote work : Yes Experience level : 5 to 10 years - More than 10 years Educational level : Bachelor - Master - Doctorate Number of Position(s) : 1 Recovery Sales Customer Service Communication Be cautious!
