Le Programme Alimentaire Mondial (WFP) recrute un Security Officer de niveau FT NO-B pour son bureau de Kinshasa, en République Démocratique du Congo.

** Le WFP est la plus grande organisation humanitaire au monde, luttant contre la faim et fournissant une assistance alimentaire d'urgence dans les situations de crise. Dans le cadre de ses opérations en RDC, le bureau de Kinshasa recherche un professionnel de la sécurité pour assurer la protection de son personnel, de ses biens et de ses opérations.
Missions : Le Security Officer sera responsable de la gestion des risques de sécurité, de la mise en œuvre des politiques de sécurité du WFP, et de la coordination avec les autorités locales et les partenaires pour garantir un environnement de travail sûr. Il/elle devra évaluer les menaces, élaborer des plans de sécurité, former le personnel aux procédures de sécurité, et assurer la conformité avec les normes de sécurité des Nations Unies.

** Le candidat idéal doit posséder une expérience significative dans le domaine de la sécurité, de préférence dans un contexte humanitaire ou onusien. Une connaissance du contexte sécuritaire en RDC est un atout. Le poste exige une capacité à travailler sous pression, d'excellentes compétences en communication et en analyse, ainsi qu'une maîtrise du français et de l'anglais.
Formation / Diplômes : Une formation supérieure en gestion de la sécurité, relations internationales ou domaine connexe est requise. Les certifications professionnelles en sécurité (comme CPP ou PSP) sont un plus.
