Responsabilités

Zambia Revenue Authority (ZRA) is inviting applications for the position of Human Resource Business Partner, Salary Grade ZRA04 (1 position). Purpose Reporting to the Assistant Director, the job holder will manage the full employee lifecycle and contribute to an exceptional employee experience in Revenue Collection. Key Duties – Implement strategic HR initiatives that foster a high-performance culture. – Ensure HR activities and duties comply with relevant regulations and standards. – Provide monthly and ad-hoc HR metrics reports. – Support line managers in handling HR matters and resolving issues. – Train staff on HR systems and processes to support adoption and compliance. – Compile and analyse exit interview feedback and engagement survey results. – Support performance management processes. – Undertake job analysis and workload analysis. – Coordinate HR resource activities and support workforce planning and talent management. – Manage onboarding and offboarding processes. Minimum Requirements – Grade 12 School Certificate or GCE with at least five credits including English. – Degree in Public Administration, Human Resource Management, Industrial Psychology, Organisational Development, or Business Administration with a bias in HR Management. – At least five years relevant post-qualifying experience in HR, with at least two years in an HR Business Partner or middle management role. – Strong knowledge of labour laws and compliance requirements. – Valid Full Member status of ZIHRM. – Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Public Administration or related programme is an added advantage.
