Zambia Revenue Authority (ZRA) is inviting applications for the position of ICT Officer – Communications (Voice), Salary Grade ZRA06 (1 position), ICT Function. Purpose Reporting to the Senior ICT Officer – Communications Voice, the job holder will support the ZRA business through timely, cost-effective and professional ICT communication services. Key Duties – Ensure voice communications equipment such as IP PBX, Call Centre, CRMS, telephones and accessories are functioning properly. – Repair voice communications equipment including IP PBX, Call Centre, CRMS, telephones and accessories. – Supervise administration of the call logging system on IP PBX, Call Centre and CRMS. – Ensure effective use of equipment accessories, service manuals, tools and spares. – Follow up faults on external telephone lines. – Conduct routine maintenance on voice communications equipment. – Install and configure voice communication equipment. – Research ICT voice communication trends and advise management. Minimum Requirements – Grade 12 School Certificate or GCE with five credits or better including Mathematics and English. – Minimum Diploma in Electronics and Telecommunications, Information Technology or equivalent. – At least two years relevant post-qualifying work experience in ICT. – Valid membership of ICTAZ or another relevant professional body.
