Premium Cash Officer

We're looking for a detail-oriented Premium Cash Officer to join our dynamic liquidity team. You'll be responsible for maintaining cash balances, managing cash disbursements, handling daily bank transactions accurately, and contributing to our liquidity operations. In this role, you’ll: Manage cash in and out between the Safe and the agency. Help agents nearby with liquidity needs (deposits and withdrawals). Support agent/client needs (Wave's offer, opening account, how the system works, the app, physical card…). Hold end-of-day bill counting and produce a daily bill counting statement. Ensure that all cash management transactions are correctly recorded in the treasury system. Promptly request sufficient funds to ensure rebalance with agents/clients. Ensure transactions with cash-in-transit companies (Cash in/Cash out). Report discrepancies or challenges encountered, and fake bills to management. Make sure that furniture and materials are in good use and that the office is well secured. Manage and, if needed, escalate relevant feedback to management, that may impact the agency's activity.
