Le Community Engagement Officer est responsable de l'établissement et du maintien de relations solides entre l'organisation et les communautés qu'elle dessert. Le rôle élabore et met en œuvre des stratégies d'engagement communautaire, coordonne des programmes de sensibilisation, favorise la participation des parties prenantes et veille à ce que les besoins et les retours de la communauté soient efficacement intégrés dans les initiatives organisationnelles. Le Community Engagement Officer travaille en collaboration avec les équipes internes, les leaders communautaires, les agences gouvernementales, les organisations non gouvernementales (ONG) et d'autres parties prenantes pour renforcer la confiance, encourager les partenariats et créer un impact social durable.
