The Senior Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Officer is responsible for designing, implementing, and strengthening monitoring and evaluation systems to measure program performance, outcomes, and impact. The role ensures the collection, analysis, interpretation, and reporting of high-quality data to support evidence-based decision-making, organizational learning, and donor compliance.
