** Nous recherchons un stagiaire en données (Data Intern) détailliste, agile et très motivé pour soutenir la gestion, le suivi et le reporting des données d'une initiative à résultats rapides (RRI) pour le projet Gitlab Eye Health & Livelihoods. Le RRI fonctionne selon des délais accélérés pour atteindre des objectifs de haute performance. Le stagiaire en données jouera un rôle crucial en veillant à ce que les indicateurs de performance quotidiens et hebdomadaires soient capturés, nettoyés et synthétisés avec précision. Ce poste est idéal pour un professionnel des données junior ou un récent diplômé cherchant à acquérir une expérience pratique dans le suivi, l'évaluation et la gestion de projet adaptative en environnement rapide.
Responsabilités :
Saisie, nettoyage et assurance qualité des données :
Maintenir et mettre à jour les feuilles de suivi RRI, les bases de données et les tableaux de bord quotidiens.
Examiner les données entrantes des sites/équipes de projet pour identifier les lacunes, les doublons ou les incohérences.
Effectuer un nettoyage régulier des données pour garantir une intégrité élevée des données lors des réunions de revue quotidiennes et hebdomadaires.
Soutien au suivi et à l'expédition des lunettes de lecture :
Aider au suivi des indicateurs de performance quotidiens par rapport aux jalons RRI.
Soutenir la compilation des données de progression quotidiennes et hebdomadaires pour aider l'équipe à identifier rapidement les goulots d'étranglement.
Assurer le suivi auprès des équipes de mise en œuvre pour garantir la soumission en temps voulu des points de
