Key Responsibilities:
Sense of responsibility, team player, knowledgeable of food safety regulations, thorough knowledge of Sushi different types, ability to work independently, thrive under pressure in challenging circumstances and come up with proactive, rational solutions, ability to establish and retain effective working relationships with hotel staff.
Required Skills:
Excellent organizational and time management skills, professional, confidential, ethical approach, sense of responsibility at all times, working in a safe, prudent and organized manner, applying a professional, confidential and ethical approach at all times.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:
Kenyan citizen, Certificate/Diploma or Degree in Food & Beverage or Hospitality Management, computer literacy adapted to the field of culinary, excellent verbal oral and written communication skills, minimum 2 years kitchen experience.
